Zongying Motor is a professional motorcycle manufacturer integrating R&D, production and OEM/ODM customization, focusing on gasoline scooters, electric scooters and related vehicle platforms.
Located in Taizhou Binhai Industrial Zone, Zhejiang, the company is equipped with standardized workshops, automated assembly lines and a complete testing system, supporting 50cc–400cc product development and order delivery.
Since entering motorcycle manufacturing in 2002, Zongying Motor has followed the principles of quality first and service foremost, continuously improving its manufacturing, supply-chain and quality management capabilities. Today, its annual capacity exceeds 80,000 units, with partners in more than 20 countries and regions. The company implements the ISO9001 quality system, and its products have obtained international certifications such as EEC and EPA, helping overseas brands, importers and distributors build stable and controllable supply partnerships.

2000
Zongying began its motorcycle manufacturing journey, building a foundation in scooter production, supply-chain coordination and quality management.
2013
The BINQI brand was registered, strengthening product identity and market operation for future domestic and overseas channel development.
2015
Annual output exceeded 50,000 units, marking a stronger mass-production capability and more stable order delivery.
2022
Zongying established strategic cooperation with Qingqi, adding engineering and platform resources to its manufacturing base.
2024
Selected products obtained EU EEC approval and met Euro 5+ emission standards, opening the European market for OEM programmes.
2025
Annual capacity exceeded 80,000 units, while overseas investment continued to grow, supporting stable manufacturing cooperation for global brands, importers and dealers.
